I have always used this product and I enjoy it

I have thick, curly, long hair (just below my bust) and as far as conditioning goes, this conditioner is OK. I didn't notice any drastic changes in my curls. It made my hair soft and somewhat defined, but nothing incredible.I REALLY disliked the cooling, tingling sensation on my scalp. I am not a huge fan. Plus it doesn't smell good. There are better choices in conditioner for the price of this one. I would look elsewhere.

Love this product a lot, works really good for curly hair and I cant find it in my townthanks

It was horrible for my hair and it smells I have it to my daughter she didn’t like so she threw it away waste of money

This conditioner is the bomb! I never write any reviews,but just had to write about this conditioner. First of all: I have very dry relaxed hair and after trying several conditioners I am now hooked on this one. Yes it has a tingling feeling after applying it,but it does not last too long and works well if you suffer from a dry and itchy scalp. Leaves your hair so soft and easy to manage. This is now one of my staples!Jennifer

My hair is wavy to curly, pretty dry and bra strap length.This product is definitely not for those with sensitive scalp (like me). I can't tell you enough how much i dislike the feeling this conditioner gave me!I should have guessed by the strong menthol smell that it would feel like taking a cough dropp but i tried it anyway. at first i tried to hold on and was hoping the cold feeling on my scalp would dissapear but it just got worse. I rinsed it out after 5 min when i couldn't bare it nymore and the cool feeling in my scalp didnt dissapear! So i had to shampoo my hair again 2 times! it still felt really wierd but i didn't want to use more shampoo cause my hair gets so dryI guess it could be pleasent for thous who like the cooling feeling that feels like it burns in your scalp.It should have something on the package that gives you a hint about the strong smell and cooling effect. I got the impression that this conditioner would be gentle when it says "with coconut, jojoba and vitamin E" and so on.. it's also sulfate and paraben free thats the only good thing about this product i would say.

I bought this on the recommendation of either Essence or Ebony magazine, can't remember which. While it does a great job of moisturizing and conditioning, it has an annoying scent, probably due to the combination of menthol and the added fragrance. I appreciate the cooling effect on the scalp, but the scent makes it unbearable! If you could use peppermint oil or some other natural cooling herb and tweak the added fragrance, it would be perfect!

It made my hair smell amazing and also held my curls tight.
