Can you put this through the washing machine and tumble dryer

I’m sorry for I don’t have a clue. It would be best wash it by hand. So I’ve bought it for my friend’s baby girl a present, before she on her maternity leave.

Where are the softest bits on this?

The head body and three legs are soft. The only part that’s harder is the leg with the three rings on.
