German-Style Brick Cheese from The Wisconsin Cheeseman

I do not know how to say this. I have not been able to get a good brick cheese since I moved down south. They dont even carry it. This was just like the brick cheese my grandmother use to always have that we ate on crackers. Sure it has an oder but brick cheese is suppose to have an oder. The flavor is intense but that is what I was looking for. If you want a mellow cheese get velveeta. If you want an intense flavor of cheese get this. I will be buying this again for sure. I wish I would have bought 2 of them. Make sure after you cut a slice or two to let it set out and warm up the flavor is so much better than when its cold. Edit That first one did not last very long and my asked me to order 2 more.

Wow! Disappointed. The image you use to describe this cheese makes it look like a large 2 pound or so brick of cheese, and for $20 that should be what I get. Instead, I received a tiny brick on this cheese, my iPhone is larger than this. Really disappoint product.

A bit stinky but good.

Great brick cheese. Wonderful in sandwiches or by itself.

To bitter of flavor for me. On the plus side the amount verses the price is good.
