Are these hinges soft close like kitchen cabinet soft close hinges that closes the door soft but it can keep the door open if needed?

No, they are not. The tighter you set the springs, the faster and harder it will close. And if you want to hold the door open, you need something to prop it open.

Do they make these for inside doors? Example: Bathroom, bedroom doors, pantry door.

I'm putting the 6 pair I ordered on both inside and outside doors

How many of these do you need? Does just one work?

If it’s a fire/metal door you need at least 3. I’ve never installed just one on a wood door if that’s what you have. There’s a tension spring inside that needs to be adjusted and if your other hinges aren’t spring loaded the door could slam very hard. I would suggest installing them in pairs at a minimum. The tension should be equal on both hinges. There are instructions how to adjust the hinge and it comes with the Allen wrench to get the needed tension.

How do you stop the hinge from creaking?

A little 3 in 1 oil orWD-40 on all the pivot points will help
