This toilet looks great, and works great. Nice wide bowl that provides a powerful flush every time - never a need for a follow-up. The seat height could be a little bigger, so it might not be the best fit for older adults, or those with mobility issues.

Fast shipping. this product furnish extra materials that match products installed and that are packaged with protective covering for storage and identified with lables describing contents.color match: in white color. the designed appearance is nice and neat.i do love the toilet size and in a right height. Kohler Toilet always comes with a good quality and i never doubt about it. It is also so easy to clean. this toilet flushing system is good and also saving a lot more water.i will defintely repurchase this if I still need one more. However, it might be wait until 20 or 30 years later.

I was really surprised at how well this works. It does.

After we remodeled our bathroom, we looked everywhere for the perfect toilet. Saw this one on Amazon and took a chance on ordering it. Has seen it for more money at local home improvement stores, so Amazon had our attention. It arrived perfectly in 2 days and we love it. The size & shape is perfect and the bowl stays clean as promised. We did add a toilet seat, one that lights up at night under the seat and it is a perfect addition. The seat we purchased at the home improvement store.

No where in the description does it say that it doesn't come with an actual seat though all the pictures included clearly show a seat. Also the description says that it's a 1.6 gallon flush, but upon further digging on Kohler's actual site it shows that this model is a 1.28 gallon flush. We are just now getting it installed so we don't have any experience with using it or cleaning it so we'll update this review in a few weeks. Until then this is only getting 3 stars. It looks fine and is a nice low height which is what we were going for. Now we have to go out and get a seat to be able to use it!

This is the worst toile I have ever installed. The seat height is extremely low, it clogs about every other use and the drain is so elongated that a plunger doesn't seal and it splashes everywhere when plunging. I'm replacing with a much cheaper and better designed toilet.

We had a slight problem with the tank and eFaucets provided a replacement immediately. Great customer service and we love the toilet.
