Update: This is the belt I was looking for
Update Winter 2024: Had a buckle break but the folks at Itay hooked it up with a replacement. I was going to buy another one anyway… this belt is exactly what you’re looking for if every other belt gives you skin issues. Not having to take it off for metal detectors is a bonus. Super happy.Original review:On one hand, the leather is pretty damn decent and the metal-free buckle solves the skin irritation issue. Even the Zero Nickel belts were still causing issues. These are great.On the other hand, they haven’t gotten the compound quite right for the buckle. They’re too brittle and the two that I’ve bought so far have both broken at the pin (term?) that goes through the hole in the belt. Both times, it snapped from every day use… I’m not wearing it ridiculously tight or throwing it around by any means. It’s just too brittle. Both lasted less than 6 months. The leather belt itself still looks brand new.At the end of the day, I haven’t found a better alternative. We’re going to try a 3rd one, cross our fingers I get more than 6 months out of it, and if not, I’m just going start my own belt brand and start importing these things myself with a longer warranty.

Its a non metal belt
Works wonderfully as i have to walk through a metal detector several times a day. No metal parts. Seems of good quality but ive only been using it for several weeks. It has started to remember which hole i use and the belt is starting to remember its form but looks nice and i don't see this as a problem. Ill update this review in the future if anything changes but so far so good!Be careful of the measurement. Im not sure why orif it was my fault buti have a 32 inch waist and ordered the appropriate belt size. When i got it the belt was way too small and i couldn't even latch on the first hole so i had to return it and order the next size up. Otherwise fantastic.

Poorest quality!
Horrible pseudo metal buckle that just decided to snap after a week of use, rendering my belt unusable. Amazon should refund me! The one star is for the nice beige colour of the belt that I hoped to enjoy for years, not hours!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This was purchased in April and is cracking at buckle holes in June. $29! Wasted!

OUR defective belt was replaced NO PROBLEMTHANKS SO MUCHI would give it 5 stars as the belts are nice but the one came damaged. IT WASNT A package error as the package was in tact as was the plastic cover on the belts itself so it came from there that way

Great price point, low durability
Looks great, until it doesn't. Leather cracks REALLY bad after maybe a few months and the finish also begins to wear off. I've had this nearly a year and already need a new one because it looks so bad. Fit was on point and does make going through TSA and any other type of security a breeze though.

Cheap leather
Belt looks good at first and allows me to go through the metal detector at work with no problems.I bought this in Nov 2020 and have worn it most everyday since that I work. As the pictures show the belt is not of good quality. Barely 3 months old and the leather is cracking and holes are stretched where the buckle goes through the belt. The pictures show how the belt is wearing. The buckle has held up quite well since I wear it rather tight at times and it also holds up my carry pistol. I have belts that are several years old that have held up much better than this. Unfortunately, finding a suitable buckle for them is difficult, which is how I located this belt. Maybe after the belt is useless, I can cut the buckle off and put it on one of my better quality belts. As far as fit goes. The size I ordered was a 41. Measuring with a tape measure, it is 41 inches from the buckle to the second hole. There are 4 holes beyond that so you have plenty of room to grow, although it probably will break before you need the extra length.UPDATE: The buckle broke the day after I typed this review. $10/month for a belt? I don't think so.
