One of those “Why didn’t I think of that” products that make you kick yourself. I use these all the time for past month or two with return to office mandates. They work perfectly. Magnets are super strong and no way they’ll come off on their own. My only desire would be to replace the plastic with metal, but that sounds like an excessively expensive configuration, so the sturdy plastic is fine. Tip: Slide the magnet off, not pull.

They work flawlessly. Just used them today and I'm happy with this purchase.

EDIT - I moved this back to a 5 star. They reached out and sent a replacement set (not sure if it was from this 1 star review or my original warranty request). Super nice and responsive! So - 5 star product. 5 star reduction because it broke. 5 star increase for making it right. I'll update again if the replacement breaks.I'M RATING THIS AS A 1 STAR TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE'S ATTENTION!!I stopped a guy at a work conference and asked how his shirt collars looked so awesome. He said his sales manager gave a pair of these to the entire sales team. I jumped on and ordered a set within mins.I wear dress shirts without a tie maybe once a week so I've worn them 10-20 times. They ROCK!!! My collar looks so sharp.The problem is that one of the metal bases shattered. I bought them 8/28/2019 and it broke about two ago so it lasted less than 4 months with occasional use. I emailed the seller through Amazon last week. No response yet.... Hopefully this review will get their attention.I'd give these stiffs 100 stars if they didn't break. Possibly still a 5 star if customer service makes it right.

I really like these. They keep your collar in place all day. I’ve had my set for two years, and I don’t use them too often (I have a lot of button downs and shirts where the stay is sewn in) and I’ve only used the 2.5” set. Yesterday when I was separating them (the magnets are quite strong), one of the magnets embedded in the stay ripped out. Then the one in the other stay came out also. Not sure what happened. I’ll use the 2” ones for now and see if they work in my longer collars. Overall, though, these are a great men’s accessory.(Regarding what I said about the magnets being strong, where they are in the picture is as close as I could place them and keep them separated. So yeah, these will hold things in place.)

The magnets are brittle and break every few months. Otherwise, I love these.

These have brought new life to shirts that have been out of rotation due to floppy spread collars. You get a lot of pop from the button down style without the buttons. Magnets are strong but still easy to manage. Plastic seems thick and sturdy. Going to pick up another set and gift these to my two brothers.

This is my best purchase for office wear, love how it keeps the collars stuck down to the shirt without flaying around. So far it has fit all my shirts - so different ones. The magnets are strong and are instant hold, never had them fall off!

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but the packaging is minimal, and the magnets hold the collar perfectly. it’s awesome, as I don’t iron and so when my collars get all widened out I hate it.

Fantastic addition to my shirt wardrobe!! I have been a 'proper' shirt wearing for a long number of years and wish that I had discovered this a long time ago. Makes the collar perfectly neat and sit in the ideal position. Would fully recommend!!
