Very tasty, easy to grow
These have a nice, mild spicy flavor, very good crunchy texture, and are just about foolproof to grow. I’ve forgotten them during he “dark” growing period and they recover and rally just fine. They keep well for a week in the jar I grew them in in the refrigerator (i keep them over the bowl at an angle with a little water to keep them humid.). I will order again. Great in salads and on sandwiches.

Sprouted superbly!
Superb sprouting seeds! 3 Tbs in a quart wide mouth mason jar filled the jar with ready to harvest sprouts on the fifth day after the overnight soak. Juicy, sweet, and hot! I also had superb results with their Kale Trio.

Tasty and easy to grow!
I have been experimenting with growing microgreens on a mat. These seeds sprouted in 2 - 3 days, the germination rate was good and they were pretty tasty. I cut them all at the same time and then stored in the refrigerator. The instructions say to use "breathable plastic" so I used my veggie container from Tupperware with the slider tab for letting in air. They started looking a little wilty after a couple of days so I ate them all in a big salad. I will try a different storage container next time. The seeds however were great quality and I liked everything about them. They're the best ones I've tried to date. I love that they are organic.

Grew fast indoors without soil/coir/paper for clean microgreens in 6-7 days. Here's how...
UPDATE: Using nutrients 48 hours after sowing (instead of 72 hours) is producing larger microgreens than shown in the old photos about 1 day sooner. For the 1st day of feeding, I dilute the nutrient solution by 25%.Everything I used to grow these is reusable (except for seeds and nutrient solution).Photos are at 7.5 days using 9-10 grams of this seed mix. Updated recipe shown below produced better results than the photos (about 1 day faster for the same size).Photo shows a silicone mesh (dehydrator mat) inside a sprouting tray. A TDS meter and pH meter are also shown. For these seeds, I use a nutrient solution with 6.0 pH and 9-12 nutrients, providing 50-70 ppm of nitrogen. For 70 ppm of nitrogen, I use:1893 grams (147 ppm) water (8 cups of 9.5 pH water)2.70 grams (+700 ppm) MaxiGro 10-5-14 (this amount made 9.5 pH drop to 6.0 pH)0.36 grams (+60 ppm) Epsom salt (95 ppm total because MaxiGro provides ~35 ppm per 700 ppm)If the pH isn't near 6.0, you can use citric acid to lower pH, or potassium carbonate to raise it. I dilute the 70 ppm nitrogen solution by 25% (to 52.5 ppm) for the first day of feeding.First 2 days: Keep tray in the dark. Top spray 2-3 times daily with pH 6.0 water (tap water + citric acid). I didn't bother placing any weight on the seeds for the batch in the old photos, but I recommend using weights (0.5 oz per square inch).Next 4-5 days: Moved tray under a light (9-watt GE BR30 broad spectrum grow light). Nutrient solution was added to the bottom tray daily and then entirely replaced every 2 days to reduce bacteria buildup. Dilute nutrient solution by 25% on the first day of feeding for better results than shown in my old photos.IMPORTANT: Don't mistake root hairs as white fungus. Root hairs are part of the plant that show up when thirsty.Try to prevent fungus and bacteria issues. Wash hands and avoid cross contamination. Wash and then soak seeds for 1 hour in a tap water + citric acid solution. Wash trays with soap & water just before use. Disinfect silicone mats in boiling water for 20-30 minutes. Also consider sanitizing or cooking microgreens before eating them.

These seeds sprouted easily and have a bold flavor. Great to have to grow your own microgreens to help your health. Note you only need to plant a thin layer, harvest and repeat.

Easy sprouts with zing!
These seeds sprout easily, I usually have a fully mature batch in four days. They are great in a regular garden salad. I find lots of uses outside of that as well. The hint of radish flavor adds a zing to so many things! I love them for potato salad and sandwiches.

Not Too Bad
Not too bad. I don't know about the rainbow stuff; they looked like regular radish sprouts to me. They tasted pretty good, were not hard to grow and you get a lot for the money.
