No Gray Quick Fix Instant Touch-Up for Gray Roots (Set of 1, Red)

It works so well I purchased 2 more to ensure I don't run out! It saves me time and money between hair coloring, and it works with my shade of red!! I can only assume it assumes it works with all shades of red.

This product does not work on all red shades as it indicates on the box. My hair is a dark red and using this made me look like Ronald McDonald. It is so bright. Also, when it dries, it feels coarse like sand paper.

First let's talk about hair color. "RED" hair (as in "stop sign red") does not exist in nature. Either does any kind of cool toned ("berry" "plum" "magenta") red. NATURAL "red" hair is a WARM toned red... orange-y if you will, hence the term "carrot top." Natural "red" hair might also be orange mixed with yellow (strawberry blond) or orange mixed with brown (copper, or auburn). So, the fact that this shade is called "red" may be confusing to some. It is not actually red like a stop sign, it's indeed orange-y, because that's pretty much the color of natural red hair! If you dye your hair any UNnatural (cool) shade of red, this will NOT match your hair at ALL.That being said, even though I henna my hair to a VERY warm and vibrant copper shade, this product is SO warm (orange-y) that it's almost too bright for my root line. I can get away with it, but barely. Would work best on a true "carrot top" with no brown tones in the hair at all. Because I do have some brown tones, I prefer Clairol's powder touch-up.This product does apply very well, and covers very well. It rubs off though, which is another reason I prefer a powder touch-up, I just feel like it wears better and less messy.

I don't use this for touching up grey in my hair, so cannot give an opinion on that. I dye my dark dishwater blonde hair a vibrant red, and you aren't supposed to dye eyebrows, so my eyebrows don't match. This product works great to make my brows and hair coordinate, masking any telltale evidence that I'm not a natural redhead.

Love this product! It lasts a long time. A lot of bang for your buck!

There are so many products to temporarily hide gray hair, but they all seem to be for black, brown, or blond hair. I bought this, thinking there was finally a product for redheads!But, no. If you have naturally red hair (which is usually some shade of orange), this ultra-fake-red color is worthless. I opened it once, and never again. :(I can't even imagine what fake color of red this is suited for. A lot of fake red is some degree of blue-ish, and this won't match that color either. It looks closer to persimmon-red house paint, and just looks like actual paint against your hair. :(

Not waterproof but color match my red not at all brown!wish it was waterproof.

Great product, but the color was way off. The "red" is actually carrot orange. I used it sparingly and blended well but the orange color just didn't work with my medium red (auburn) hair. The product itself is great, thus the 3 stars, and I really like the design of the brushes. If No Gray could come out with a auburn color, I'd purchase it in a heartbeat. However, saying "red" for this orange product is very misleading.
