Aged and Yummy on salads and bruschetta
It tastes just like the balsamic I used to buy in Brentwood, located in northern CA. It's thicker than other brands, so you can tell it's been aged. It has a sweet taste but is not overwhelming.

Incredible taste.
The place that use to sell this by me no longer does. This is the best BV I have ever tasted. I've used it to marinate skirt and flank steak with a little garlic. The taste is incredible. I've also used it as a reduction sauce over both raspberries and black cherries. This is one of those products that I will be buying over and over.

Liquid Gold
I've always loved the taste & consistency of this balsamic vinegar. When I gave it as a gift to a foodie friend, she described it as Liquid Gold. A drizzle on vegetables brings them to the next level. It's the only dressing I will use on Tomato/Mozzarella. I also make my own olive tapenade & use this balsamic in the mixture. The price has, unfortunately, risen quite a bit so use sparingly.

It’s really good.
I’ve been using this stuff for about 10 years. It’s amazing hands-down. Lately I have noticed it getting thinner. After Covid the price skyrocketed. I buy it less often but I don’t think about it any less. It’s amazing stuff.

Delicious
I first bought a bottle of this about 10 years ago or so. Now this is all I’ll buy. Rich, smooth yet not vinegary. Flavor is superb. I use a little on eggplant casserole or drizzled over a bowl of spaghetti with a good quality olive oil and quality Parmesan cheese. It’s not just for salads. Would be fabulous for dipping a slice of crusty Italian bread with olive oil & your favorite dipping herbs.
