Another high quality HiViz product
This was an easy DIY install on 3rd Gen Glock 17. Did not need to use sight pusher, but I did do some minor filing on the dovetail to make install a little easier and with much less of a risk of damage. A very well made product. No regrets, easily worth the modest cost.

You also need to buy a front sight... Requires HIVIZ front sight GLAD201
The HI-VIZ website says: "Requires HIVIZ front sight GLAD201" I was shooting high using the a standard Glock front sight with this rear sight installed. I purchased the HIVIZ GLAD201 but haven't shot it yet to compare the difference.

As advertised and noticeable improvement over stock gen 3 sights.
Excellent upgrade. Expect gunsmithing skills to be necessary. Well worth the sacrifice on gen 3.

I called customer service and was directed to shave the base to correct the installation! That caused the sight to become loose and require shim to install it correctly! After calling the Hi Viz Custumer service a new rear sight was shipped to me. Very happy with their service!

Shoot almost a foot high at 25 yard !
Not recommend !!Initial impression: looks taller then the original rear sight .I was able to swap it in today when the vise tool show up , using a bore sight laser it looks like would hit WAY HIGH.I will update once I get the chance to shoot this , hopefully it’s a easy fix .. because I can’t adjust it to go down any more .
