The price is for one radiator. I think they show 4 for advertising.

Does it keep the room warm after it is turned off?

There is some residual heat in the radiator after its turned off. Eventually the radiator cools & will need turning back on again if its to keep the room at a desired temperature. We would definitely buy again.

What are the 3 heat settings

These are excellent heaters work well and can be set to higher or lower temperatures depending on room size.

how expensive does this radiator cost to run - is it quite economical?

The answer is it depends on your unit cost of electricity, if you are currently on the price cap at 34p/unit (or kWh) and run the radiator at the full 2kW it would cost 68p/hr to run (assuming it is on full power the whole time). Assuming that you don't have the thermostat whacked up to full then it would depend on how well-insulated your room/house is, the faster the room temperature drops the more often it would turn on, this is individual to your property. If you wanted to compare to using gas then a gas central heating system is much cheaper, however, this gives you the ability to warm just one room.
