have to either have experience with the maytag, or find the right video for repair....my machine was probably over 12 years old, but my son found the correct machine and we got it installed correctly.

Bought this to replace my cold water inlet filter that I broke trying to clean. Fits fine, easy to install, and the washer works. Maytag does not have an OEM number for this part; I was told I would have to buy a whole water inlet unit but bought this to try since it was relatively cheap AND IT WORKS.

I bought these to replace my old filter in my Maytag washer. My washer machine was not filling up with water, and therefore, preventing the machine from advancing past the initial sensing cycle. Once I put this replacement filter in, it worked without any issues. This was way cheaper than getting a service call!

Reviews stated that these filters will fit maytag bravia.The filters do fit and if used they block water flow to the point that the washer gives an error code. My fault believing the reviews. Tried because the item was much cheaper than buying the entire intake unit, which is maytags only option to obtain this filter.
