What a bit of head-peace,I work away from home,Lilli has always brought in presents but the live rats started,this was a lifesaver,if she goes out at night she has her own home to go to and we get no live things running about the house,it's a win-win.Well built and big enough for her to sprawl out and have her food bowls on the side,would highly recommend

Absoluletly AWFUL the legs are far too long and split the wood when installed. My cat cant get in to get in the hut, the cat flap doesnt work at all and the hut is too high! I tried to reasonably query this with the seller but all the did was tell me rubbish about the legs. No offer to send me out a new one or refund me NOTHING just difficult back and forths. The customer service is appalling and the cat house is a load of rubbish! Thats £209 down the drain. And another £120 to fix the mistakes on the cat house. There is a cost of living crisis and what i have had to spend means i cant eat for the next 2weeks. Thank you very much! AWFUL!

I purchased this for our elderly and slightly feral cat who is currently outside due to building works. The microchip flap was a must as I didn’t want him being evicted (or worse) during the night. The unit overall is sturdy but the roof / lid is flimsy. The latches are plastic and both broke straight away (we’ve replaced with metal). The roof doesn’t feel particularly strong when lifted and I don’t know if it will hold up long term, I am currently lifting it twice a day to replace heat pads. Despite adding extra blankets and a self heating mat the poor cat nearly froze on his first night outside due to the insulation being insufficient. I’ve purchased more which I intend to add myself and I would say a microwaveable heat pad and more insulation is a must to make this work in freezing temperatures. Luckily we only intend to use it short term as an overnight option.

This ingenious cat house provides a safe, dry and comfortable place for our cat to shelter when she is out and we are not around to let her into the house. We have no means of putting a catflap in, so the cat house has saved the day. Whether she uses it every day or just whenever, it is money well spent. Great product, sits nicely by the garden shed, but still in view of the house. Room for her and food and water bowls. The chipped cat-flap version we went for also provides additional security from other cats who may be tempted to try and get in!

The structure was well made and it was easy to put the legs on. The cat flap seemed very small, certainly for our big ginger Tom.

Well made hutch. Easy to attach the wooden stands.Purchased for my mixed maine coon 1year old.Just wished the micro chip door was larger and not the usual standard size. Very easy to program microchip.The hutch is roomy though.My cat has to take his time to manoeuvre in and out the flap and he is not fully grown as yet.
