Personally don't know much about Thunderstrike as a character, but bought him because he is a great companion piece for the classic ML Thor figure! He's a solid, beefy figure that stands out on your shelf but put him next to classic Thor and you have a set that really shines! I've been an avid Marvel Legends collector since the ol' ToyBiz days and this is the "GOLDEN" era of ML collecting right now! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thunderstrike so don't wait until he's sold out and gone!

Finally.
We finally get a really decent Thunderstrike/Kevin or Eric Masterson. There are some reused parts, like the arms from the anniversary Thor and the jacket or vest from Rage but honestly, it's hard to tell and it looks and feels like a brand new buck. A very sturdy, solid and well articulated one at that. I only took off a star because there was no alternate head, only the screaming one. I went so far as to put the Old Man Hawkeye head on it. The one with the ponytail and sunglasses. It fits perfectly. Now I have old man Thunderstrike, maybe an aged Eric.

Cool figure...
Pros: glad to have a thunderstrike figure. Great posing for a big figure.Con: it's too bad he didnt come with another headsculpt with a calm facial expression.

Fun figure that expands Marvel universe.
Great figure - standard Hasbro articulation. What’s refreshing us that it’s a character that one would not exit the to see made.Good to see the Marvel Legends line diversify.

Marvel Legends, it’s about time.
This figure has been a long time coming for fans of Thunderstrike, the only negatives is that we only got the “expressive” head and not a more stoic or serene looking face sculpt. The other negative is we did not get a weapon gripping left hand as in most pics he was shown as being left handed.

Power Metal Thor is awesome
I love this Thunderstrike figure from Marvel Legends. Not a fan of the comics though, never read them, but as a version of "Thor" he's a great figure nonetheless. Picked him up mostly because he reminds of a member of one of my favorite bands.
