Trane/American Standard PERFECT FIT Air Filter (BAYFTAH23M)F

Fit perfect. Using this filter in place of old Trane electrostatic filter. I like these better than the old Honeywell version I was using.

No knock off. This is the right product and was purchased at a very fair price! I am very happy! Once again Amazon does it again!

I was a little hesitant to purchase, but it fit perfectly and was about half the price we were quoted from our local guy.

I have 3 HVAC units. These are good filters -- Original OEM by Trane. But, I went to re-order them and discovered that the PRICE HAD GONE UP BY 75% over a couple of years. My original order for 6 filteers (three 2 packs) cost $69 per 2-Pack but today's price is $120 per 2-Pack. I would have preferred to buy the OEM filter, but there are lots of private label brands that cost half to a little over half of this price.BTW, when buying a replacement filter for residential use, these are MERV 8 -- which should be the minimum for residential use. Higher is better, but the maximum for residential use should be MERV 12. Higher can put too much strain on your residential air-handler.
