Deceptive business practice!!
I know it's a great product, but I am mad because I that I was getting 3 packages with each order.. They show 3 packages in every imagine and in the description they don't say you are only getting 1. I placed 2 orders thinking I would receive 6 total. But nope. I would have purchased it elsewhere for cheaper than nearly $15 each.. NOT HAPPY!!

This product was not what I expected.. After ...
This product was not what I expected.. After the second use it lost its cooling ability .. It would not order this again:-(

reusable? not really.
Reusable? Twice is not reusable. I bought this thinking that it was something I could use over and over and over. Apparently reusable tops out at 2 uses. Not the seller's fault as the manufacturer website says if you're lucky you can reuse it a 3rd time. Not worth the money for a 2 use item.

Useful Addition to the Klutz Kit
Picked this up at the local grocery store and have used it once. The menthol and alcohol provide the cooling effect, and it does get rather chilly. I'm not sure how well the wrap will hold up to repeated use, but once it quits getting chilly on its own, I plan to try adding a bit of vodka & a few drops of peppermint oil with the water to see if that will reinvigorate it.The menthol does eventually get a bit uncomfortable for me, as I have sensitive skin, and I could still feel it underneath my regular wrist wrap for a little while after removing the ice wrap. A few drops came while I had it wrapped, but not a lot. I did have my husband re-roll it for me as it's a bit hard to do one-handed.I will buy more to keep in the Klutz Kit, which is kept in the car for reasons that should be self-explanatory.

Buy It What a great product . It works great for the kids and myself. Everyone should carry one in the car. I take a few to my kids sporting events and always use them on some kid. The kids don't have to sit around holding ice on example a knee. They can walk around.It's great
