Do theae have free space on the back for a quick personal hand written message?

Yes, the entire back of the card is blank to add a personal note.

Were they packed in discrete packaging?

Not really but the back of packaging shows white back of card, the front plastic wrap was folded over so securely with tape, I had to open before I remembered what I had ordered.

Do you have these only with memes on them and funny?

They are little note cards with really cute sayings on them. I slip them into cards or my husband's lunch or wallet just to say I love you !!

Are they like sticky notes ? Or do I need to apply glue to be able to paste them ?

They are like a business card. I didn't stick them to anything, just wrote a note on the back and stuck it in the lunch bag. But if you want to stick them to something, you will need to use some sort of glue.

I’ve loved these!
