This time it was too dark for me .But generally I use this brand and number . Hair isn’t burn still soft and shiny

Damaged and opened box!
Box was completely open and not sealed! Not sure if it’s the real one!Update: I just used the product and it caused irritation and had to remove it from my hair. The color also looked different and texture of it is really watery, not like what I used to buy before.
