Wrong packaging and unhealthy plants
Sapling is very small and not healthy. Packing is very poor and during the transit the plant moves inside the packaging and getting crushed. At the time of delivery the plant was separated from base and chances of survival is less. When I contacted for replacement, they denied since there is no return policy for live plants . Ordering live plants is a challenge

Packing was worse for sending the sapling
the packing which was suppose to keep the plant strength lacked strength and was shorter than the big box hence during transit it folded damaging the plant... I am hoping that company take a not and improve the packaging... ...all the leafs dried up but the stem is still green so I am hopeful that new shoots grow below the damaged stem...Update - 27Oct - new shoot is coming up...
