My physical therapist recommended I use these bands at home after a knee injury. My knee was immobile for weeks after the injury leading to muscle wasting and flexibility issues. These bands were a lifesaver both strengthening the muscles and helping flexibility. They are strong and hold up well. There is no funky smell (which was a concern!) and have held up perfectly. They function as they should and I’m glad I purchased them. This set also comes with varying strengths so lasted while I progress through PT

Recently started Pilates and these work as intended. Also great for resistance training in general.

The quality of the item is excellent, exactly like the one used at the therapy cabinet I visit. Unfortunately, I only received one out of the three-pack I ordered. Customer service promised a replacement within two days, so let's see how it goes. Despite the delivery issue, I trust the product — it is really good.

When it comes to bands the Theraband style of band has been the most useful in our gym. They are easy to grab on to and adapt to both strength and mobility exercises. I know a lot of companies make bands in the same style, but I understand Theraband is the original and still the best.I most recently bought the latex band set that includes the blue and black bands. They are fairly low resistance on their own, so I usually use them together to get the right resistance. I particularly like them for band pull-aparts, face pulls, triceps pushdowns, abdominal work, and more. I much prefer these over tube style bands.Theraband has options for both latex and non-latex bands. I have both, but prefer latex bands, since it is a natural material. Though in use, both work equally well. I've also found that both hold up well too, as I've not had any break on me, despite a lot of use.I do wish that the Advanced or Super Advanced sets included a Gold band (max resistance). As far as I can tell, it is only possible to get the Gold band by buying an entire 6-yard roll. Inclusion of a Gold (max) band would reduce the need for doubling-up bands to get more resistance.Other than the desire for a higher resistance band, I highly recommend these. As far as gym equipment goes, they are the best bang for the buck in terms of versatility.

Something happened to my back last year that left me not being able to use my thumbs. I couldn't lie in my bed, sit on my sofa, I was in a mess. The Neurologist team and family doctor could not find what happened to me. All we knew is that my life changed with a sharp pain that ran up my spine. I have a Syrinx in my spine and also many other problems. My muscular pain was almost more than I could stand. I looked on Amazon and found these Thera Bands. What a life saver, and I mean that. I live in a very rural area and do not drive. I couldn't get anywhere for daily exercise and knew if I didn't work fast I may not recover all that I had lost. These bands come in 3 different strengths I started with the least resistance and kept working. After awhile my thumbs worked again (try doing anything when your thumbs work about 60 percent of the time). My muscle spasms were less and less. After a year using these, I was back to almost where I was when "the attack" set in. Much better than taking muscle relaxers and crying with worry. I recommend these to anyone of any type health, good or bad. A great way to work out by stretching without going to therapy or to the gym. I say they saved my life and I mean that. You need these bands. Even good for the kids to work with. Nothing expensive or complicated and helped my muscular problems. So easy to use you would never guess how they worked so well. You can even walk around the block and use them too. Perfect for the old folks who are confined in a chair. Instructions included, but common sense is enough without them. You can even stretch your legs in the car or on the plane. Don't delay in ordering these bands. I'm going to read your reviews and see if they live up to your expectations. A real miracle and you don't have to bill the insurance, no copays, just a few minutes each day.
