Wonderful flavor and more
We were totally surprised with the end result which was full of flavor. We absolutely love Indian food so we were a bit reluctant to try this product. Quality ingredients were used and the end result was restaurant quality. Also, as an additional positive the dishes were easy to make.

Tastes great and easy to make.... with shipping problems.
Summary: Great taste, great flexibility, terrible shipping issues.I've tried several Butter Chicken products. This one tastes the best. The 3 kit steps allows you to add extra things to enhance the meal further. Everything you need is provided and portioned instead of buying the enormous amount of different spices typically used in Indian cuisine.I marinate the diced chicken with half the Spice Paste packet and a little plain yogurt overnight. Afterwards, I lay the chicken out on a foil-lined oven tray and place under the oven broiler until lightly charred on the tops to replicate the tandoori process. Set chicken aside. (It'll finish cooking in sauce at the end.)From here I just follow the rest of the Package's instructions. Be sure to include the remaining half of the Spice Paste and add the drippings from the broiled chicken for extra flavor.Optional: You can go even further by doings things like: sautéing onions and garlic before the Dry Spice step, blending the sauces in a food processor and running through a fine mesh before adding the chicken, finishing the sauce with heavy whipping cream, etc. The beauty with this 3-step kit allows you to add your personal touch when and where you want. The Con: I've deducted a star because of the shipping issues with this product. The 2nd time I've ordered this, the box arrived smashed and missing 1 kit from the pack of 6. I was issued a refund from Amazon and ordered another pack of 6. Again, it arrived with the box smashed and this time one of the sauce packets had exploded inside of the shipping bag leaving a horrendous mess.

Mild is still spicy
Awesome flavor easy to use, but it is very spicy. I would remove the pepper if you don't want it super spicy

Updated recipe kills the flavor
Been buying this kit for at least 5 years. The original version was excellent. Close to restaurant quality. Simple enough to prepare - warm the spices, add the sauce.Someone clearly decided that warming the spices was too much to ask. Now there's a relatively flavorless powder. The final result is relatively flavorless tomato goop. Very disappointing. We won't buy it again.

Usually great!
I love the Korma kit. It's quick, delicious, and easy to customize by adding extra ingredients like vegetables, chicken, and golden raisins. I order the multi-packs on a regular basis and have had no problems until my most recent order when one of the paste packets had burst and leaked. This is unfortunate because these aren't cheap, and now I have a kit without the paste packet, which is what provides most of the flavor. I hope this doesn't happen again.

Spices are not the same
Disappointed that the original spices were ground up to coat the chicken. I preferred the original individual spices heated in oil

Excellent!
The first time I ever had biryani was over 20 years ago at a restaurant in London, UK and loved it, immediately. I've tried several different prepared sauces for homemade biryani, but this is the best one I've ever cooked with. And a complete kit, at that. Mildly seasoned, but not "bland" by any means and I was amazed at how low the sodium content is, with so many prepared sauces out there just loaded with sodium. I did not have any chicken thighs handy, so I used cut-up boneless chicken breasts, searing them first and adding them after the suggested first steps. I will trying adding some more ingredients the next time around, but just as it was with chicken and chopped onion was quite nice, flavorful, and super-easy to prepare.
