What happened to the good ones?
I use these no holes to cover my Medtronic Guardian sensor 4. The tape that comes with them requires2 as the rules me they didn’t stick well. If I showered with in 6 hours of a new one, it would come off in 12 hours. I have been buying these for 3 years. My last order of the exact same seemed all well til I purchased a new order in Jan 2025 but I didn’t start using them until last month. They are not the same as I previously got 2 other times. They feel the sameOne thing I have noticed and I see it in the review photos is when the adhesive side is not stuck and looks milky white. IF while placing this on and then going to remove the paper from the sticky side, the patch lifts up or you try and nudge it a bit, even a 1/4 inch, the part that was on and you moved, gives NO second chances. B4 putting it on, I fold back the blue scalloped edges so it removes from the middle out to the edges easily. Again if the edge stuck and got moved when you peel the paper off, it’s as good as XYZV! And will either need to be replaced then or add another on top of the milky edge.Butnthere’s a big problem, these new ones do not stick well at all. First Q rolled off on day 3, next one 4 days and I added extra tape on top but it didn’t stick. The last one had been on for 3 days but the edges were lifting. I went out to do yard work in the NH heat and half was no longer stuck on. This was placed on the side of my thigh and covered but my shorts. This never happened with this product before so I don’t know what has c Hagen but I will purchase these again nor will I be recommending them to other uses.

Not too sticky
These cone off too easily. I have to replace them almost daily because they peel up from rubbing chair backs, clothing or linens. However, they do keep my CGM sensors from getting too wet when I swim and keep the sensors from flipping off as easily when I change clothes.

These work and are of a decent price compared to local pharmacies.
Decent product. There are additional plastic covers that must be removed on the top, too. I put my first set on, and it didn't mold to my arm very well and was stiff. I didn't understand that there was a stiff plastic outer layer (a fine slit on the blue stripe). If I buy more of these kinds of shields, I would likely just get an opaque cover, maybe with some fun pattern. The plastic is translucent, but it makes your skin look wrinkly. Saying that, most of us who need a CGM are old, so we are already wrinkly. Thus ends my whining. These work and are of a decent price compared to local pharmacies.

Does the job, but...
Good: Easy and straightforward to apply smoothly on your own. Nice and subtle, barely noticeable clear film on the adhesive area surrounding the sensor. I could barely feel the adhesive patch as I moved my arm. The sensor felt securely attached to my arm by the patch. Affordable.Bad: After getting hot and sweaty on an exertive walk only about 6 hours after applying the patch I found the edges of the adhesive had become partially unstuck on two opposite sides. The sensor was still secured to my arm by the remaining sticking areas of the patch, but I felt that the patch probably would not have stayed on overnight. As I removed the patch it came away cleanly and easily from my skin and did not pull at all on the sensor. I noticed the area over the sensor that was sealed by the adhesive had actually accumulated a little sweat that made that area damp as I removed the patch. I do not know how that moisture accumulation may have affected the sensor over time had the patch not been removed. Conclusion: Affordable. Does just what it says on the box. Easily removable. May not be most appropriate for an active sweaty lifestyle.

These really work
My husband has the Libre freestyle disc on his arm for diabetes. He stopped wearing it because every time he hit his arm on the wall or when showering it would fall off. His doctor told him about these patches. We were skeptical but tried them anyway. They really solve the problem and stick very well through showering. After 6 days it stared peeling a tad on the edges. We didn’t know if we took the patch off if it would take the monitor off with it but we decided to try it anyway. It came off nicely and easily without moving the monitor at all. You just have to make sure you position them right. The middle of the patch does not have stick to it so if you place that part exactly over the monitor you will have no problem changing it. We got a prescription for patches and it was 75.00, needless to say, we didn’t take them and tried these. I recommend.

A must have for CGM users. Solid, protection to keep your sensor safe from falling off
I'm new to severe Type 2 diabetes and still in the learning and panic stage of the disease. One of my CGM sensors fell off with four days remaining and I didn't have a replacement on hand. Queue the panicked phone call to my diabetes coach / nurse. She tipped me off to these little adhesive stickers and they're awesome. They're said to remain on the entire 13 days of your CGM and so far so good. The review pics depict my first use, sloppy, inexperienced self application (will get the wife's help next time), after over four days which includes daily showers, two days of yard work in the Florida heat and time in the swimming pool. Safe to say we have a winner. I was a constant nervous wreck without these and even being careful had a sensor fall off. I don't see that happening again. Absolute win and bargain for a 50 pack.
