It is an activated form or the methylated form of B vitamins. Our naturopath recommended us seniors to take a methylated form since it is more bioavailable.. What matters is not how much you take but what gets absorbed. One of the members in our family seems to feel much more energetic with this methylated B Complex than the regular B Complex.It is a great price for 120 servings or 4 a month s supply. Love that there are no excipients like magnesium stearate or silicon dioxide. There might be others such products but I have not seen any capsules without any excipients !!Wish the capsule was vegetarian instead of gelatin as some of our family remembers are vegan.

Started to see the effects a day after using it in relation to your gut. After a week of using it, I feel with more energy and focus than I have had in a long time. Very good quality and the taste is close to none. Highly recommend!

Being that I am vitamin B12 and folate deficient, I am always looking for a vitamin B complex containing both with 1mg (1000mcg) B12 methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin. This B complex checks all of the boxes.
