this pump works very good. I find it is very convenient for transfering gas from a karge gerry can to a smaller container for filling my gas generator , ride on mower and eliminates spilling gas all over the place. Pumps very fast . Good for removing old gas from mower etc.

Works great!
I use this pump to transfer gas from my storage can into my snowblower and if there’s any left after the winter I use it to pump the gas into my car. It transfers quickly and smoothly. I’m very pleased with it and recommend it.

Save yourself from frustration! (Always try new batteries first!)
I know what you're gonna say, just get it out of the way now...My folks are , WERE, 1970's holdouts. They still had that old water bed, until today! After all these years, I am sure there was an easier way to remove all that water, but those days have long gone. After many innovative solutions of the hillbilly frustrated-kind, (insert duct tape and such) we purchased the Terapump from SojiTEK on Amazon Prime. So Worth It! It is a little pump, kinda no-frills, with an alarmed auto-shut off so no over-flow accidents.Super light and super quiet. The impeller & motor are pretty powerful for what you get.Let me tell you, we love it.I don't know how many full Home Depot buckets of water we trekked outside ro dump, but this little puppy did the job! One mark against it, it eats your batteries. If it could tell you that power was draining, or could have a power cord option, this water bed job would have been done much faster.Originally, when it cut out, I thought it was losing suction due to a possible hole in the hose. @ that time, we actually had the garden hose attached and was pumping water into the yard like a champ. We used self-sealing tape to make the connection. Then the auto shut off kept coming on and cutting water.Eventually, we troubleshooted the issue that the power wasn't enough to push the water out of the hose, causing the auto shutoff. After removing the garden hose to further inspect the pump hose, we tried fresh batteries, and VOILA! Back in business!! Just kept extra batteries close by.By this time, we had no more tape and resorted to buckets. No More WaterBed!Overall, the day's project was a success! I'm sure this is going to be a useful tool for gassing up the mower and such tools, as well as siphoning the water barrels for the gardens!THANKS! LET'S DO THIS!

Sure beats a siphon hose!
I've been looking at these pumps for years and finally decided to buy one. Works very well and was reasonably priced. Pumps very fast too! Very impressed!

Functions as described - just what I needed
I got this to transfer old fuel from my backup generator into a gas can. I then transferred from there into my car. This works perfectly for that, much easier than siphoning. As advertised, it beeps and automatically shuts off when the destination can is full. Because my use is infrequent I like that it takes 2 cheap AA batteries. That said I'll be using this to refill all of my power equipment rather than trying to pour from a heavy gas can. I can also confirm that it works fine in sub freezing temperatures.
