I read one person mentioning that the blue gel should NOT be refrigerated..also not clear whether it comes with instructions? Tks!

It doesn't say whether you should or should not refrigerate it but teeth whitening gels say that they should NOT be refrigerated so I would assume that this would follow the same rules, do not refrigerate and leave out at room temperature.

I did not receive ANY instructions on how to use this gel. Do you brush it on like toothpaste? I saw a review about mouth trays, but none came with

I guess it depends on what's sensitive. I use whitening tray and i can feel the sensitivity start as the proxcide starts to work so i immediately put it on top and bottom of tray and bite down to spread it. I use it like the whitener... Like the top coat of it but if your problem is a tooth or section that's small enough for you to isolate it to that one area then that ways fine. I think they tray thing is about amount you would need to use with out it... Assuming your intending on spreading it on all ur teeth. Instead of a mouth guard drop, your now squeezing out a Toothpaste size amount and that barely covers it

Does this product REALLY whiten?

No it does not whiten it reduces sensitivity after whitening. It is also supposed to reharden teeth from decaying enamel but I am not sure anything can really fix tooth decay. However I can attest that it did help my teeth feel less sensitive after using a separate whitening product.
