Is there any variation in beads or are they all identical? (Shape)

They are not all the perfect same shape, some are a little longer and some are skinner. But it’s not that noticeable.

Does the color come off in water?

The mint green ones that I had on a bracelet turned completely white after two showers, but I haven’t had any other problems with the others YET.
