Fits great and arrived in less than 24hrs.

Helmet is lightweight, pure styrofoam with some paint, but thats what I paid for and expected at $20. For me., with my 25 inch circum head, the important thing is that, unlike hats and helmets worn by ordinary people, it fit ….tho just barely With the dial adjusted to max size. No complaints.

not comfortable
the visor was slightly difficult to snap on with mild arthritic hands. The helmet felt cheaply made and not as "deep" as the $20 dollar walmart helmet. Just my opinion.
