Exactly what we were looking for!
Close to a decade ago we bought a set of 12 of these Mikasa stemless wine glasses. I broke the another one, my third from that original set, so started shopping casually for replacements. The place we bought them originally no longer carries them. Fortunately these replacements match the originals perfectly, and I can now set a whole table with them. With a spare it turns out.For first-timers, we like these because they are much less fragile and stable than real stemware, and are easier for our aging guests to hold. Each glass has its own decorative pattern etched on it, making it just a little easier for those guests to keep track of which is theirs. I can put a normal 5oz pour in one, and it sits low so less likely to fall over if bumped. All Good things! We do carefully hand-wash and dry all our glassware, in spite of the dishwasher ratings on most stuff these days. No big deal since the mouth is wide enough for sponge and polishing towel as needed.Need some nicer-than-common wine glasses? Something suitable for either red or white? Easy to clean? Look good on any dining or serving table? I think we have a winner!

etched designs
Love this glasses! Etching helps everyone keep up with their glass and not drink from someone else's !

Lovely but Delicate
I love these glasses; they're decorative and can be used for a dinner party. Just be sure to leave space in the dishwasher between all glassware as they are delicate and can crack.

Nice Glasses, But Wash By Hand
Nice wine glasses; purchased to replace stemmed glasses. Only caveat is to wash them by hand, and don't place in the dishwasher - they seem to be more fragile than they look, and a couple broke when they apparently bumped into other glasses.

Perfect size for holding in small hands.
Love the size of these as they are easy to grip and hold. I have some other stemless ones that are just too wide and these are perfect. It’s actually my second purchase of these same glasses. I was down to one glass and got another set but they lasted 10 plus years and are even able to go in dishwasher no problem.

excellent
perhaps not quite as delicate as similar-appearing Mikasa glasses from several years ago, but not significantly heavier and definitely seem not as easy to break - the older ones could break just brushing the side of the sink, these seem much less prone to accidental damage.

Factory seconds?
Bought a set of four and I thought they were beautiful and elegant. I loved the patterns. However, I've been using them for about two months and now I have different thoughts. When I unpacked glasses in December, I noticed that one of them had--inside the glass and firmly attached to the bottom--a piece of glass. Yes. It's about 3/4" long and it's firmly attached to the inside of the glass. It is also sharp. I decided to just put that glass at the back and only use it if forced. It appeared that the extra piece of glass would not come loose. Then, just a couple of days ago, I was washing a glass carefully and by hand and--uh oh--a large shard broke off in my hand. The glass was a little bit chilled still, so I was using cool water. I was not handling it roughly (I was being gentle because the glass is VERY thin), but suddenly a large triangular piece broke off.See the pictures.I won't be buying these again and I wonder if they are actually factory seconds. I can't recommend them because both of the things I've cited here could be dangerous.
