Will this work with the new ipad Pro 10"?

NO Not "New" as of 2018. Apple moved the connector on the iPad 11" and 12.9" iPad starting in 2018, so ALL iPad Pros purchased new after 2018 WILL NOT WORK with this device. I bought it. The connectors don't line up. Can't make it work in any way. DO NOT BUY if you have a 2018 or later iPad Pro.

When plugged into a Mac does this dock allow sync through iTunes (wired)

Thank you for your valuable question. Logitech says: BASE passes only electrical current through the Smart Connector. However, while your iPad is on the BASE, you can use the standard lightning connector to sync data with your iTunes.

will it charge the i pad pro with an otter box case on it

You would have to remove the Otterbox. Definitely.

Does this work with the Logitech slim combo cases ?

I believe it would. I have a leather cover on my iPad Pro and I don't have to take it off in order for it to fit into the stand. I would assume the same would hold true for the slim combo case.
