Base support is plastic which does not designed to take weight of mobile/tablet..support will definitely wear out or crack soon as compared to metal base. Bend pipe is good and more durable but shakes due to long length. Overall quality and pick is good

The arm broke in just 3 months usage. Not really suitable for over 9" tablets unless the tablet is very light (plastic body). The arm kept sagging with even small adjustments, but was managing to hold my iPad in certain positions. I had figured out a sweet spot so I don't have to adjust every night, but unfortunately though after just 3 months of usage, metal bar inside completely sheared off just by iPad's weight. Also the holder bracket isn't suitable for iPad with case on. The bracket's arm aren't long enough securely hold iPad with case on so had to use iPad without case. The rubber pads on the holding clamp are also of low-quality and kept coming off in just one month but was able to secure them again with some adjustment and rubber adhesive.

I bought this to hold my cellphone at eye height when using my treadmill because I have neck strain sometimes from looking down at it on the console. I was worried it wouldn't work. I was worried for nothing because it fit perfectly the way I needed it to. I am a happy camper, Best Product.

Definitely a value for money.. especially when kids have to use tab or phone for online education as no holder can let them bend downwards. A super product **Only that length of the extention pipe makes it wiggle when heavy device is plugged in (10" ones) ssmaller length option would have been better for higher stability..But anyway this one works good

It is just amazing. I can fix it to a table, to a bed, car mount.very strong and easy to move as per my seating or sleeping position.If you haven't bought one then just go for the grabs
