Bought this product to make cloud rolls which are made from egg whites and they turn out fantastic every time. You do have to use some spray oil on the moulds before you put in your cloud bread batter otherwise there is a chance that they will stick, I also brush it with oil if I run out of spray oil.

Baked product coming out easily

I LOVE this for making hamburger buns as well as Hawaiian Sweet Egg Rolls. Nothing sticks to this. It washes up so well just in soapy water. I also put it in the dishwasher and it works wonderful too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I've been using the burger version of this for a couple of years now and it's fantastic!. I rarely purchase burger buns from the store anymore. So of course when it came down to purchasing the hot dog version of this it was a no brainer, so I thought!. Although this product is amazing and I love this material and it's EASY to clean (Not sure how people have trouble cleaning it. Come on folks lets adult a little harder) BUT! the size of these hot dog buns are way too small. Like literally I know franks are usually not that long especially ballpark weeners but even those will be sticking out like a dodger dog with these buns. So sadly I'll be returning this because it's useless to make such small buns. But if that's not a problem for you then I highly recommend this product.

I've been looking for a silicone bun tray for baking my "cocktail "buns. This works great. The tray size is just right and each one rises in its own trough without sticking to each other. One draw back is the ease of cleaning. Not easy. Would be nice to have other colors too.
