Works perfectly and not as expensive as the tabs. I'm half way through the bottle and I can definitely see the difference. Worth the purchase.

I must say the taste is horrible. However, I took one tsp the day I received to immediately start getting the many health benefits. I wasn't even trying to address the headache I had. Then it hit me my headache was gone within minutes. I've only had for a week so I can't report on other benefits yet, however the way it addressed my headache with a quickness...and that isn't one of the listed benefits. To help with the taste I put 1tsp in a little dish, added 1/2 tsp honey and blended well. That helped so much. Also, since I am taking for health maintenance, I am taking 1tsp every other day. 2000mg a day for at least an 8-12 week period is the recommended dosage by most health nutritionists (safe to take every day though) so 4600mg every other day I think is great. If addressing something specific, I would suggest discussing amount and time with a nutritionist.

Black seed oil doesn’t taste great anytime but I’ve definitely had worse LOL. I will buy this one again it’s better value for the money than many I’ve had.

I've been using this product about 4 months, what a difference! My hairs are growing in faster and healthier as are my nails and skin! What a difference for this 60 year old woman!

1. Poor packing: was shipped in a paper bag with no protection- at all. no box, no bubble wrap, nada.2. Upon examination the bottle appeared kind of worn- small scuffs that are consistent with lots of handling.3. The bottle wasn't full.4. It wasn't full because someone had already OPENED THE BOTTLE AND PEELED OFF THE SAFETY SEAL!!!Yep. Amazon sent me a USED partial bottle that someone had returned. No WAY will I trust this item to be sanitary and not contaminated. I contacted the manufacturer who stated "The bottle is supposed to have a safety seal. Please contact amazon for a refund". OK, so I go to start a return, and the amazon website returns page that lets you select the item and begin the return WOULD NOT RESPOND when clicking "continue". The continue button didn't work. After googling it, I found lots of people having this issue! The solution was to go to the amazon contact us page and try getting help from there.Long story short: I am out about an hour of my time, and I had to spend $5 on packing it properly, and another $7 in fuel to drive to town and give it to UPS.I've about had it with Amazon. The last few months have been the worst I've ever experienced in the 10 years of being a customer.
