The reason some reviews say water is cold....
Really nice looking shower just be a bit cautious if it's replacing a very old model. My old Triton shower was 15 years old and due to the way the inlet is set there was a bit of gap on the side which has been filled it wouldn't be nice if the bathroom was new but I'm getting a new bathroom soon so can live with a slight cosmetic issue. When first installed/ commissioned the water wouldn't get hot this is due to the front plate temperature control dial not turned to the right direction before fitting to the actual shower/terminal dial. The plumber took the front off again turned the dial to the correct direction then put back on so it can turn the internal dial correctly.Works just fine can get too hot.Once you set the correct temperature you just can turn on and off and have the correct setting.Decent shower just docked 1 star due to the flexibility of being installed over an old model and leaves a little gap.

Great shower
We bought this electric shower as our previous one started leaking. It was the same shower but an older model. I appreciate that the wall fixing holes remained the same. This means no extra holes to drill into the tiled wall.

Very low pressure
So the issue is that the higher you turn the temperature up the lower the pressure goes. The issue with mine is that on the coldest setting the pressure is decent but on a hot setting the pressure is very weak and on the highest setting (obviously no need to use this but just to paint a picture) the pressure is incredibly weak.So I have bought a new shower head which will hopefully boost the pressure a little but currently it is a very weak shower and I bought the 9.5kw one. Obviously we are in winter now so the water has to be warmed up more than in the summer and that is why the pressure slows as you turn the heat up but a little disappointed.
