Great PC with a tiny PCI-e x8 slot.
Pros:It's a wonderful PC for light gaming out of the box.It has a PCI-e x8 slot. With an adapter, it can carry almost any low profile single slot VGA (will try with an RX 550).WiFi 2.4/5 working perfectly even with no antenna.If you are looking for any 35W CPU, you can change it for any other from 8100T to 9700T.Cons (I don't complain because of the price):Charger is 65W and the CPU too.The 8100 CPU works at 2400MT/s so, it slows down its ram to the same speed.

Clean
I needed a small form factor machine for a new OPNSense (router) box that could take a low profile pci-e card. I have an m920q from another refurbisher and as expected it was dusty with an off-brand nvme disk.I was very pleasantly surprised at how well Greentoptech did cleaning this m720q up. Extra points for shipping with 16Gb. I suppose if I was counting on it coming with the standard M.2 A+E wifi/bt card I'd be a little upset at the wifi/bt dongle they included instead.The only other gotcha is that I forgot that i3's don't support Intel vPro but that's on me. The nice thing is that if I really wanted it I can upgrade the processor to an i5-8x00T.

BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK
Exceeded my expectations. In $105 (excluding tax), got a working mini desktop in excellent condition with 256GM NVMe disk, 16GB DDR4 Ram, Core i3-8th Gen upgradable to Windows 11professional and lots of ports for connectivity. Added 1TB SSD as secondary drive and it is snappier than my 11 year Core i-7 laptop. Overall happy with my purchase from MaxE.

I use it for a remote location, for security cameras and general use. It replaced a huge desktop and is definitely rugged
