Had a Craftsmen gas powered washer (Honda) 2400 psi and this SunJoe beats it hands down. Same if not more power! ANDyou don’t have to pull start it😎. I’m 71 and pull starting is not for me anymore. I suggest you get and extension pressure hose because the one that comes with it won’t do. I got quick disconnects for all the connections and it works great. Easy to set up. Hook up water, plug in, turn water 💦 on, run water through the unit manually, turn power on and pull the trigger. You’re good to go. Be careful about about the nozzle you choose for the job you are doing! Go for it!

It took longer than what I expected to power washer my side walks and driveway. Consider what pressure you are buying to minimize the cleaning time the more power the less time to complete task. It would be even better if soap would spray with all the nozzles.

Had concerns with some of the negative comments, and wasn't sure if 3550 will have enough pressure to clean my deck, concrete driveway or house siding. It did all three and really well. With this pressure washer it might take a bit longer to complete the job, compared to the gas one, however you will get the same results.

The media could not be loaded. As much as i want this item, it was too good to be true to buy. Unfortunately, water escapes from the bottom of machine when turn on. Somehow there is a missing connection. Only can be replaced by manufacturer. Ashamed Amazon sold without checking. I don't suggest reselling untill it really gets it fixed and tested. Simple fix. It is still brand new condition. First buyer was smart. Unfortunately i wasn't. i really like this product, but trying to stomach spending evan more money to get it. today is the 19th of dec and item was recieved the 7th of dec on to be credited to my amazon account to buy another sunjoe from the first defect that was sent to me. why is this taking so long to credit? cutomers beware! is amazon being trust worthy to their clent's? i'm worried!!!!

I have the black tip installed and it still doesnt suck the soap out of the dispenser?

I sprung for this more expensive model over the cheaper ones because it says it's "designed to last longer, run quieter, and work cooler." It definitely does not "run quieter" than my previous electric (brushed) pressure washer.Additionally, the outlet hose is a different non-standard size than my gas and previous electric pressure washer. I'm able to pick up replacement hoses from the local hardware store for them, not this one.2 stars simply because it does work as a pressure washer, but the misleading product description and non-standard hose are deal-breakers for me.

I used it to pressure wash my driveway. It worked well. Next season I got it out to pressure wash my stone retaining wall and it kept revving the engine with no water coming out. I tried lots of trouble-shooting tips. Eventually it stopped turning on at all even though the circuit breaker is lit up green.This happened with my cheap pressure washer so I bought this more expensive one thinking it would be better quality but it seems like I wasted a lot of money on something that just doesn't work.

Sun Joe pressure washer arrived broken. I would not recommend this product.
