I love the portioned containers and I love how every container is color coded and labeled. As someone who has issues with portion control and how much of everything I should be eating, it was effortless to manage everything. This made weight loss a lot easier

The containers are nice and sturdy and are good sized for portion control. The color coding is also nice. The product description could have been better stated as it's easy to miss that the instructions and recipes would be emailed and are not included with the containers. For the price, would have been nice to have these as hard copies.

This 7 piece portion control container is so easy to use. Each food group/item is not only color coded but also written in words on each box. The handy dandy little chart is easy for tucking away in your purse to help you with portion control, food selections and menu planning.It even helps with creating your calorie counting and how many servings per day you should have. For such a small brochure it packs a whole lot of information in there. I also appreciate how easily the containers clean up when hand washed. There are small and although they are considerd dishwasher safe I'd just rather not take the chance. They are considered microwave safe and BPA free but I still don't put them in the microwave so I can't really speak to how well they hold up there. I like the small tabs you can use to help open, but some may find them hard to find or hard to use depending on the length of their nails. Overall a really excellent beginning not only for portion control but for storing any foods. Wow, I really love these proportioned cups. They make my life and healthy eating easier and pain-free. It takes the guesswork out of meal planning and calorie counting. The sturdy plastic materials make it easy to wash and store. The color and design are simple and functional.
