Looks good
Pants fit . I like the drawstring on legs for keeping weeds out. Only used a few times so unsure of durability

Fairly good pants, though lacking in one area
Overall these seem to be well made. They held up well over a long weekend of various activities with no signs of seam degradation or material wear. It should be noted that these are zipper fly, not button fly. While that's not really a big deal I personally prefer button fly on BDU pants as it's what I'm used to and my experience with zipper flies on BDUs have not been great. The only major caveat I've found is that these do not have a double seat. All BDU pants absolutely should have a double seat, it's standard in the design and makes the pants longer wearing.Overall I'm quite pleased with the pants and will likely buy another pair.

Not quite BDU
These fit well, the fabric and stitching is high quality. The ripstop is exactly the same material I had in the Army. These have a zipper instead of button fly and the fabric in the pockets is different but outside of that they are BDU pants.

Didn't fit but seem to be a fine pair of pants
We measured my son and measured again, following the idea of measure twice, order once. We read the reviews and the questions and comments and ordered. The first pair was a medium regular and that was way too big. So saddened we returned it and ordered a small regular and that was too small. The pants seem to be fine and I looked over the stitching and it looked as if it would hold fine through the rough treatment a 14 year old outdoorsy boy can put it through. The pockets were big and roomy. That is as much of a review as I can give it though since it hasn't been put through the 14 year old life style. We just couldn't find a pair that would fit him.

Nice fit. Not exactly as described.
The pants fit perfectly, which is better than I can say for some others. The fly is a zipper as opposed to button, which was somewhat of a disappointment for me as I prefer button. The listing clearly states button fly, so be warned.. Also, the cotton/poly blend feels a bit too much on the poly side despite saying 60% cotton. I have tried to find all cotton like they used to make, but it is all Chinese and shrinks like crazy, so I guess cotton/poly it is! Other than that, it was a very fast ship and the quality of the pants seems to be very good.It gets four stars for claiming button fly and getting a zipper. That and the feel of the cloth.

Genuine Gear was what I received, can be heard 'hundred feet away, plus odd cut.
I don't see how I can actually write a bad review about cargo pants, BDUs at that, but what I must do, I must do. First, I did not receive Propper BDU trousers when I ordered (I ordered Tiger stripe). I received Genuine Gear, made by Propper. There is a big difference. Secondly, The cut was out-of-this world. When some of the other reviewers said they were "too big in the legs", I thought maybe too baggy for their preferences. No biggy to me. But what I found out, was that these were cut probably two or three sizes big for the upper leg, regular for lower leg, and the cut around the rest of it was just odd. Thankfully, I ordered through Avalanche Brands, which had really good customer service, and I was able to get them returned hassle-free. I won't even mention how noisy they are to walk in. Well, I might as well. It's a good thing that our military doesn't have to wear them! The "enemy" could do away with scouts all together. Just stick someone out in the field with good ears, and you'd know where everyone was. No sneaking up in these things! Sounds like wind-breaker pants, waterproof jacket, or just some tent material being rubbed against itself every time you take a step. And by the way, I did check the item number in the posting against the item number on the official Propper gear website, and they matched. The item number on the pants I received did not match either, but instead matched the Genuine Gear pants item number. Oh well, I'll just have to pay a little more for the real stuff.

These aren't bad.
I like them for the most part. I bought the XL-R Asian Tiger Stripe ones.Pros:-Looks great! The color is very natural and blends in great with hardwood foliage.-Durable. The fabric feels like a true ripstop material, a little stiff, but perfectly comfy after a few washes.-The waist cinches work quite well, and are easily tightened on the go.-The stitching work is pretty good. Doesn't seem like they'll be giving way any time soon.Cons:-They're very long. I know I have shorter legs (32 inseam) but these are about a 38 inseam. That's VERY long. Nothing a little hemming can't fix.-The thigh pockets sit too high. They're on top of the reinforced knee, so you can forget about wearing a leg holster for your sidearm AND accessing the cargo pocket. Not a huge problem, but an inconvenience for sure.Overall they're good trousers!

Very comfortable, I got a pair of size XXL's which ...
Very comfortable, I got a pair of size XXL's which fit my 46" waist very well, with plenty of room in the thigh. The ankles can be cinched closed, and the waistband has elastics that can be tightened or loosened. If you'll be wearing these in the cold, I would definitely recommend wearing a pair of long johns underneath.

Good quality simple design, too warm for summer
They seem good quality, it’s just hard to order the proper size, I took medium the other time I couldn’t even close the zip and now I order large and they are too large for me to wear and not look silly. Maybe should have more common inches size cause it seems there’s no middle. They are a bit too hot to wear daily, canvas is rugged and very plastic when you walk you can hear it zwizz zwizz. The camo is well printed, all in all I’m satisfied for the price, next time I’ll order medium to see how it goes

The Real Deal
Great product, great value for Real Mil Spec Pants. The sizing is a bit on the larger scale. At 5'11" 230lbs an XL would have been a better choice. I ordered Backbone Brand as well and their slightly smaller XXL was good. No issues otherwise with either!
