Useful Addition for Yosukatas
High quality and durable yet lightweight. I love the see through glass and the side ventilation. Great for steaming, boiling, and keeping food warm and unexposed.

Love this lid. My other one was all glass and it broke and shattered into pieces. I wanted something so I could still see how things were cooking, but wouldn’t have to worry about it shattering if it dropped.

Replacement for my cheapy aluminum dome
My 14" All-Clad stainless steel wok didn't come with a dome when I purchased it. I have been using a cheap aluminum one for years. The old one never fit great and I have a concern about introducing aluminum into my cooking. This dome fit like a glove.
