CHAUVET DJLED Lighting (Obey40 D-Fi 2.4)

I have several hex usb lights and this enables me to run them quickly

The new mixer is working great. Wireless DMX is very convenient. I’d recommend getting the Harmony Road case to protect it on gigs/travel

DOA - 1st one turned on however fixture lights did not illuminate when selected, page selection indicator lights failed to turn on and digital display does not illuminate. Received replacement unit today. Fixture Lights, Digital display and page indicators all have indications when selected, however I cannot get it to control the lights with fixture 1 or any other fixture selected and fixture addressed to A001 as the starting address. Have tried multiple fixtures. Have tried different dmx xlr cables still with no help. Lights function as advertised in non dmx modes. I contacted Chauvet technical support and did not receive any support since the light fixtures are not Chauvet and are Chinese manufactured which the technician was not familiar with. The technician said I should contact the Chinese manufacturer of the lights and that he could not help troubleshoot the controller since he did not know if the lights are supported by Chauvet. I have since had a response that the Co-Z dmx rgb led pars I have do work with his Obey 40 by as well ad providing his setup which corresponds to the setup i followed. Very poor support, no apologies. I will be returning this unit for a refund and probably trying a China made controller. Hopefully, it will arrive working.

Dosn't live up to promises. Control is not straight forward, makes use cludgy.
