XikarCigar Bar Humidifier

Soaks up water. Humidifies my cigars. Decent price. Not sure what else to say about this product. It works as expected and build quality is nice with thick plastic.

This works perfectly with the Xikar PG solution. Very simple and consistent - self regulating humidity in your humidor. Would recommend.

This is a great little humidifier. Works great as advertised.

Filled it up with PG solution and it just leaked out, just a puddle on the counter and an empty bar humidifier.

This is great for smaller humidors, 20-30 cigars total, not what they say the capacity of the humidor's rated at. Most manufacturers will rate them as 50 capacity, but in reality they'll only hold about 40. If you have a well established humidor, then this will work as intended. But one tiny gripe, Amazon's description states it's ready to use, it's not, you'll have to get some PG solution and fill it before first use, just an FYI and Amazon needs to update the description.

this works pretty good. as this is my first time using a humidor, and I went cheap, I have the feeling it is the box that is preventing the RH from staying stable. however, as it MIGHT be the beads I can't give it a 5.... which it might be

I've been using this product for a while now and it holds moisture as expected. It has been able to keep the humidity right around 65-75% when used with the recommended refill fluid. This is definitely a must-have for any humidor. Be sure to fill using the larger holes. I use a meat seasoning syringe to easily fill through the screen material without spilling. The gel will take some time to expand so don't worry if it doesn't expand right away.

So I've been using this bar for about 3months. I think the PG solution is a great way to humidify except I just haven't had luck with my humidor even after seasoning it. Even this bar in a 20ct humidor isn't enough so I guess I have other issues. 3stars because after 2 months I discovered it was leaking solution from the bottom onto my cigars. I found a separation in the seal on the bottom of it so I threw some super glue on it and haven't had any issues. Otherwise it's a great size only taking up the space of one cigar and I can stack it on top instead of attaching it to the lid.
