works on cobra480i!
I haven't long term tested it yet, but it worked like a charm! The smaller port perfectly fits the power port for the cobra 480i! So of you Wana run radar on the Motorcycle and have a USB port , this works great

Got it for radar detector
My truck only has USB, no 12v outlet, as most newer vehicles do. So I got this to run a radar detector off the USB port in my dash. I have a 12v Cobra radar detector and this USB cable seems to work fine, so far, powering it up off my truck USB port. I've read most radar detectors draw under 1 amp so this little converter should hold it with no problems. BUT I wouldn't try to power anything bigger like a 12v air compressor, I don't think it would workOne bummer is that the USB port in my truck is always on so I have to unplug this before I leave the truck, which is not a huge deal (until it kills my battery one day).Overall it's pretty useful and inexpensive, so it's worth getting. I have a feeling a lot of people need this and don't know about it. Also I ended up using the tip adaptor to fit my radar detector and it fit perfect. I ordered another cable like this and the tips did not fit.

Nope
Such wow. Very mint. I don't even need the little one but it is unusable IMO and I'm going to rate the whole thing as if it was critical to me. Replaced pictured brick. Seagate external drive now runs on usb power from type C port on motherboard (using fem A to maC adaptr). Works, so I'm keeping it. Broken, so 1🌟Seriously this things gonna short out the inner is thinner than pencil eraser tin.. and the dielectric rubber isn't set properly. This why I prefer these connectors tho. You can actually see the manufacturing defects with your bare eye holes.

Got this to replace a cheap car 12v adapter that failed.
This thing has honestly surprised me. I got it to replace the cheap "cigarette lighter" power thing for an in car child camera system that failed, and it works great off a normal 5V USB port. I've also used it for a raspberry pi CM4 on the official IO board (no PCI-e stuff, just the CM4 running Raspbian and a couple other operating systems for some short term testing, but it worked great! Even handling my overclocking of the CM4 to what I believe is the limits of the silicon.)

Working good so far
Using this with Park Trek S nebulizer pump. The small connector jack fits perfect in the pump. It seems to be working fine as long as you use the proper amperage power block.

Antes de comprar verifica los amperaje de tu equipo
El cable enciende pero en mi caso no me sirvió el cable conectado del powerbank al router. Creo que hay que saber que tipo de amperaje necesita tu equipo..

Works Great!
I am using it for my Sony Blu-Ray player BDP BX370 with a Faith 4.6 amp USB outlet. I eliminated my power strip because the Faith outlet has two USB outlets and two 110V AC outlets. It is great to get rid of the great big transformer plugs. I have used it for about 6 weeks now with no problems at all. Oh, I didn't use the adapter that came with it. The Sony blu ray player uses a larger plug, but I already had an adapter for it. The plug on the end of the cable is a very common size so it is easy to find adapters. I purchased the adapter that works for my Sony Blu Ray player three years ago. I don't remember which seller. I think I bought adapters for my Samsung SmartThings Wifi hubs and had one extra.

Bought for Radenso ProM radar detector - mixed results
Works with wall charger USB, doesn't work with 2.1A (single or 2 via Y cable) car USB.I purchased because new car only has 2.1A USB ports up front and Radenso ProM radar detector needs 12 V. Tried this first with wall charger and a device that measures current draw. Detector drew a max of about 0.68A (5V) and worked fine. Then tried it with car USB rated at 2.1A. No go. Light on this unit went off as soon as detector was plugged in. Next tried a USB Y cable to power from two USB ports. On wall charger one leg of the Y drew a max of about 0.34A (5V). However, same problem when used in car. Light on this unit goes off as soon as radar plugged in. Not sure what problem is with car as current draw well within spec of car USB, but its a no-go. This unit great to run the ProM off a wall charger for me (not much use there). It doesn't work in my car.
