It’s incredibly easy to set up and use, even for someone who isn’t tech-savvy. The print quality is sharp and clear, making my labels look professional every time. I’ve used it for organizing my office, shipping packages, and even labeling my pantry, and it works like a charm each time.The speed is impressive too—labels print quickly without any delay. I also love that it’s compatible with a variety of label sizes and the software is intuitive. Purchased to speed up Vinted postage - zero regrets! Pumps it out sooo quick, great quality, so bloomin easy! Set up was quick - just make sure you watch the YouTube of how to feed the paper (if it spits out multiple you didn’t follow instructions) once set you are good to go. Came with a roll of labels too, and with internal storage the whole thing is neat and tidy.App easy to use, I save the label to file, access the file from the app, crop, rotate if needed and print. Spits it out immediately (scared the bijeezers out of my hubby).

We have bought over 10 of these now and they work perfectly well in a medium/low volume setting we deploy them. Thjey suit our purposes and we will continue to order more. The main way they beat the competition is that installation and sizing the print to fit the label is a breeze, unlike many, vastly more expensive models on the market which take over an hour to calibrate (and then the results are "best available" instead of perfect) It would be nice of they took a slightly larger label roll (12cm dia) but this isn't a show stopper.

This is a great quality printer which was easy to set up. I was easily able to store it on my desk and it's really compact as the label go inside the printer. Looks really good and I can transport it with me when needed

Bought this to print Royal Mail click n drop labels. Great little printer, comes with half a roll of 6x4" labels. VERY quick to get it working on my iPhone. Under a minute! Scanned the 2D barcode, downloaded the app, selected the label PDF, clicked print and out the label came, perfect! 10 out of 10! I then tried to print from my MacBook Pro. This is where the problems started. The Jadens help pages were no use, very out of date screenshots. Had to download a driver file and install it. Still could not print by clicking print, but then I tried downloading the same app as I used on my phone. This worked eventually, but I cannot print by downloading the file and opening it in the app...it just does nothing when I select the file. In the end, I tried sharing but the Jadens app was not in the list of destinations. Eventually, after a few hours of perseverance I found that opening the PDF in Preview and then sharing and selecting Image Publish from the list of destinations, this opened the label image in the app and I could then print it. Bit of a palaver but I got it working in the end!

Works very well. Easy to load onto phone. Great quality prints, just took a little time to get the proper size label, but once done, works so easily.

Update: After some research and further tests.I found the need to resize EVERY label was an eBay label setting error.Make sure on desktop (or viewing ebay desktop mode on mobile),that the label print setting IS 4x6 size, NOT Letter size.Then the PDF you get, which you can open (when you click save) in Jaden’s printer app.Will be formatted correctly, which eliminates the need to CROP the label before printing them.Okay, that takes care of that which I anticipated would be incredibly frustrating to do each time one needs to print a label.Now; the need to have location on is VERY strange, but like I mentioned in the first write up,the label is fine, and the hardware is also fine.So IF Jadens, would remove that ANNOYING need to turn on your location Every time,and FIX the bluetooth disconnection problems and NEED TO RECONNECT the printer back to the app often (-1),this could be a solid choice.So I’ve lifted my 1 star rating to 3 (4 if BT connection issues to app fixed),but make sure your label is saved in the 4x6 or correct format to your label size.And you’ll have a good printer, if you don’t mind the printer constantly disconnecting and you needing to have your location services on eating up battery too!Hope that helps;and I’ve left my previous review below untouched.———————previous review———————What I printed with this (the ebay label) worked fine.That's about it.The App is USELESS.You can't setup any template, except the 2x2 ones which you can edit, not sure if you can save.But it doesn't matter because I didn't buy this to print round stickers.It seems EVERY time, I had to RE-CONNECT the printer to Bluetooth!And they need your location for some weird reason. Every time, not just for initial setup.Also it's just Bluetooth, so not sure why they need location information.AND you have to F'in crop each label before you can print it? LOLImagine when you need hundreds of labels (that's another reason I bought it, in anticipation of needing to automatically print labels.) But seeing how LACKLUSTRE the "APP" is, I have no confidence in connecting a desktop to this. Nor do I want to install any of their windows or mac apps on my system.It's annoying, because though I'll get my money back, I've wasted time buying this thermal printer.I'll see if I can get something that many say works. About 2X the price (second hand), but something that's proven to work is more important.The hardware I had no issues with. The operation part, the printing part, it did print between 2 labels, but that's because it wasn't aligned properly; the BS "app" is just terrible.I didn't try the iOS version? Maybe that would work better, but I know I don't want to waste any more time or energy on Jadens stuff.Printing quality is good, IF you'll only use this every once in a while. If you want this in anticipation of auto-printing labels from orders without having the crop and print each one, every time?LOOK TF Elsewhere.I had this at 2/5. As I finish this it's more 1/5, because it will NOT do what it says, and they're wasting people's time.
