Q: I work at a hospital and their water had a lot rust in it and chlorine, will it help improve taste by filtering this stuff out?

I live in Southern Indiana in a small town where our water meets all water purity standards. It is 3.5 inches in diameter. I have not used it in my car cup holders so I don't know if it fits.
