Very fast shipping and arrived in great condition. Installed battery and bike fired right up. Came with battery post hardware with two sizes of screws to mount cables. fits in the center of oil tank and is the perfect battery for this bike. Great price.

This Battery does not resemble a battery that has any sort of function, especially on a motorized vehicle. The current batteries shipped must be very old stock, hence the price and lack of reviews for the past year. They do not hold charge, they do not function, they do no perform any manner of battery like things. Also just learned that Batteries cannot be returned via Amazon due to the hazmat fee, and impossible to get any customer service via phone and the link to the website is outdated and broken from Chrome Battery. This is as close to a Amazon scam as I have experienced. I would love to get Chrome Batteries the opportunity to make right by sending a battery worth the money I paid, but I have not been able to get anyone to respond. Phone number did not connect the 3 times I called. If selling batteries that are years old, non-functioning, and miserable to exchange or replace, then purchase away. I know its just 40 bucks to you, but the hassle and frustration of receiving, charging, reconditioning, float charging, researching charge curves, contacting manufacturer, cross referencing stamp codes, OEM factory information, and trying to resolve this has been a terrible experience. I doubt many will read this, but my recommendation is... pay 10 more bucks for a battery that is likely made this year and hopefully you will have a better experience that I have had. Chrome Battery, feel free to reach out and send me a functioning battery. You got my money, I got a bad experience and no functioning battery. Thanks.

After buying my grand daughter a four wheeler and going through several of these "tiny" batteries I finally found some relief. There must be other ones but this is the first one in this size class that was gel based. It came fully charged and hasn't stopped yet. This four wheeler only gets used for a couple of hours every two or three months and spends its off-time in a cold, unheated shop.

I wasn't sure how to rate this battery. It lasted 6 years for me, so 5 stars for longevity. On the other hand, it was fairly weak for my 170 cc scooter. When the battery voltage was just slightly low, the scooter would either refuse to turn over at all or it would crank, but wouldn't fire. I often had to charge the battery before I could leave home. This was true even when it was new.When I went somewhere nearby (like a quick run to the hardware store), it would just barely start the scooter to return. It never stranded me, but I never felt very confident about it and I didn't dare making multiple short trips.The CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) rating is 105, so when it was time to replace this battery, I opted for another brand (PowerStar) with 120 CCA.This might be a great battery for something with a small engine, but it's marginal for a 170 cc machine.
