Who doesn’t like the clean feeling after using bidets? Lol. It wasn’t until recently that tried one while staying with some out of state friends. I had always imagined it being something only the wealthiest own. Imagine my surprise and glee when I learned that they aren’t incredibly budget breaking. Thus began my deep dive research. After spending more time than I care to admit, I learned that the Luxe brand would be my best option. I initially added the Neo 185 to my cart because I enjoyed the feminine wash option. (Gotta keep it clean ladies! lol). But then saw there was a neo 185 plus. Ever the hygiene hero, I decided to look in to the differences before hitting that check out button. For only a couple dollars more than the Neo 185, the Plus has a 360 degree self cleaning function. It also has the ability to slide in for installation so there was no need to remove the toilet seat. What’s more is has that cool little EZ-Lift hinge, so I don’t have to take it off the seat when cleaning my toilet. Nice right? So I went ahead and got it for my super basic round (sadly not elongated) toilet.For starters, the rose gold/white option was best to match my SUPER ORIGINAL ocean/beach themed bathroom. (I know, I am so amazing at being original LOLLLL). Not only does it match flawlessly but it is very seamless in that it doesn’t look like I have some clunky weird thing sticking off the side of my toilet. I did have to get some seat numbers to make it level because I have the super basic curved toilet seat. (One day I’ll have a bathroom with all the bells and whistles. When I dream, I dream big! 🤣) But once those bad boys were on, we were off the the races. Be mindful as you turn the nozzle that controls the pressure and speed. If you aren’t paying attention to it, you will get a cold pressure washing lol. Now, I can’t afford the warm/cold water bidet, but the water that runs through this one isn’t TOO cold if ya catch my meaning. The angle of the water stream is just right enough. Though if you aren’t careful, you will be sending a spray of water outside the toilet lol. It doesn’t make any loud noises nor does it smell foul.So far, it’s been a splendid addition and I do appreciate the clean feeling afterwards. I presently have no complaints about it and I WILL update his review if something changes. So if there aren’t any changes presently, then it’s still working out fine.I was one who grew up thinking I could never own a home. But I surprised myself and made that goal. To add to that, I grew up daydreaming about things I would do to said home. The bathroom was always a major part of that. A rain shower with natural looking stone wall as well as a stone looking tub, heated toilet seat that has a bidet built in, an above counter sink with a faucet that looks like a natural stone and the running water being a waterfall look alike. Anyway, I’ve gone wayyyyy off track. I may not be able to build my dream bathroom right now, but when I do, Luxe will most definitely be a part of it. I don’t regret the purchase and I don’t think you would either.

Satisfied customer on a repeat visit for a second purchase.We’ve had our first Luxe 185+ for close to a year and a half. I bought it on recommendation from family. I had gone for a visit and was introduced; no turning back after that! When I got home, I ordered one and installed it myself with absolutely no problems.My husband thought it was a silly purchase. He refused to use it for about four months. And then one day, without disclosing it to me, he gave it a whirl! And there was no turning back for him after that! He said it made him laugh when he tried it. Lol.So there was a Spring sale and we decided to purchase one for his home office restroom. It was delivered today and I installed it for him while he was working! Easy Peezy.Now he will have the convenience of not coming upstairs if he wants to use a bidet during work hours.Things we really like about this bidet, without really any comparison to others: it doesn’t require any electricity, Cool water is refreshing when you don’t have any warm water to compare it to, though I’m sure that is a luxury in other models. (We live in the South, so warm water isn’t truly necessary) The ability to install it on any toilet is convenient for sure. Using less toilet paper is economical and less wasteful; cleaning with water is more sanitary. We also appreciate the ability to regulate the water flow - however much pressure you need to get cleaned up, this bidet will accommodate you with the right amount of cleansing flow and yet not power washing your skin off! I appreciate the self cleaning function for the valves on the bidet. And I am also grateful for the ability to lift up the apparatus and clean under it; that is really important to me.This bidet is perfect in functionality, especially on a budget, and feels luxurious.Even though, as are many other brand models, it’s mostly plastic, it’s well-made, functions as advertised, looks really nice, and is simple to use.The only thing I wish it had is a lock out feature to keep children from messing with it when visiting. It can be tempting for a child.We totally recommend this product! We’ve bought two and would definitely buy again. And actually may buy again because we have two more restrooms without bidets.Highly recommended! A++ LUXE 185+

I’m so glad I decided to get this bidet! Now I can be part of the clearear club! Installation was super easy, and only took about 15 minutes to install. One thing I would recommend is getting a new toilet water supply line, because I’m sure glad I did. Depending on how old your supply line is, it may not be that flexible anymore, and if it’s the correct length to reach your toilet water inlet without too much extra length, you may have a hard time bending it to attach to the supplied water connector without too much force and excess pressure on the connectors. Do yourself a favor and just get a new one to be safe. You can always return it if you don’t need it, but at least you’ll have it ready to go if you do need it. My original (older) supply line was a 9 inch line. I went with a new 12 inch line to allow myself the option to easily bend it without putting too much pressure on the connections and it worked out perfect. Once installed, the first thing I did was sit on my throne to give it a whirl. The water pressure is perfect and so is the aim! The plastic material seems durable, and I’m glad I went with the Plus to allow for hinged ease of cleaning. I ordered the regular Neo 185 by accident and didn’t realize until I opened it that it was the one without the hinges. That’s ok, because I love it so much, I’ll just install the Neo 185 in the basement bathroom. Do yourself a favor and get one of these now! Your behind will thank you for it!
