Sturdy and well made for the price. Just modded it by painting the drawer knobs to match the colour felt. inside each one (so I can see without opening which is which), then varnished the whole board with acrylic varnish as I dislike the feel of unfinished wood. Now, it's perfect for me.I've seen similar boards with different covers but it struck me that this particular type cover - the strong mat - would be practical and so it is. Nothing moves about under it.Although I have a fairly low sofa this still fits under it, when not in use.The felt keeps pieces from sliding around and mine's a neutral grey so it's not annoying and glaring, like the vivid snooker table green of my jigsaw roll's mat.I looked at loads on here and read a lot of reviews before deciding on this one. And am glad I chose it.

My wife bought this puzzle board which has turned out to be an excellent aid for her puzzling. The trays are deep enough to allow for a layer of puzzle pieces and can be removed and replaced very easily. The board itself (she opted for the 1000 piece version) is very well suited to the task. Positioning and repositioning pieces is easy with the felt - no problems there at all. The rubber mat / cover is really handy as it stops anything from shifting around when you're done for the day. All in all, we're very happy to recommend this.I also intend to use the board for the occasional board game as well as the trays are ideal for games where players have their own cards / counters to manage and then the main game board can be placed in the centre.One thing to note, we did have an initial problem with the board which was resolved very quickly by the seller so we're doubly happy to recommend.

Ordered on Thursday, arrived on Friday an day earlier than expected. I ilke that the felt is inset so that you can align the edges to the wood getting a perfect straight line. The pieces can easily be moved around the felt without getting stnaged. The drawers are much bigger than I expected so will be put to good use. The cover is quite heavy and will stop my cats messing around with the jigsaw and it's quick and easy to add or remove. I've only has this for a few hours and I love it, having transferred my current work to the new . Highly recommended and it's great for a 2000 pieces (98 x 68cm) puzzle.

Packaging is fairly minimal - some expanded polystyrene sheets lining a cardboard box. The first one never made it to me, and was returned directly by the courier - presumably it had got damaged in transit. The main puzzle board area is not fixed tightly (as other reviewers have pointed out). Mine is only not tacked securely in a couple of corners and isn't coming away enough to be able to insert some glue (which would be how I would fix it). The board is a good size (I bought the 1500-piece size) and is sufficient for the puzzles I wanted it for. The weighted mat is good for covering the part-completed puzzle and the piece-sorter drawers slide easily. There are rubber feet under each of the four corners so that it doesn't scratch the surface you are placing it on.The board can be a bit unwieldy to move around as it needs to be kept flat. There is also the issue of where you store it as it won't store easily on its side. I have it under an old settee in the room where I use it - convenient as it has a low profile and can be kept out of the way.This board is excellent for using in the house - but if you need more portability or lack somewhere to store it flat then a puzzle roll would be the better option.

This apparatus is brilliant and couldn’t be bettered. The pieces of puzzle cling to the fabric nicely but not too hard. The cover is a marvellous asset that enables the puzzle to stay intact between sessions even when the board is tilted for storage. And the four trays enable work-in-progress to be saved, stored intact.Puzzling is now a joy, devoid of problems. My husband bought the board for me as a surprise!

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited for this puzzle board. I waited a couple of weeks for delivery, but that was fine.Then when it arrived I was beyond disappointed. The quality is year 7 woodwork at best. The felt is barely attached, the wood is terrible - unvarnished unfinished wood - better suited to a fence in my opinion. It was roughly stapled together and/or badly glued. The one thing they did manage to glue really well was the stand arm which I struggled to get loose (can be seen on the video), then when it did come out it was bent.The drawers are the same quality. One particularly stupid feature is the inclusion if a drawer on the opposite side of the board, so when you carry the board by the handle the drawer falls out.The bare faced cheek to charge over £100 for this item is disgraceful. I cannot say strongly enough...DO NOT BUY!!!

This board is larger than we had pictured it to be but is very sturdy, with a heavy cover to keep pieces in place and four good sized drawers for sorting puzzle pieces. Happy with the purchase and would recommend to people who do a lot of jigsaw puzzles.

Big, sturdy and loved the coloured drawers. However, main board not secured to frame. 2bd day of use, it lifted everywhere and pinged puzzle pieces everywhere. Not fit for purpose in this condition so returned for a refund. A shame, as could have been the answer to my prayers. Would not recommend at all unless the design fault is rectified.
