You have to be very careful in using. It can remove calluses, corns. Soak your feet first and go slow.

Why does it come with all that extra junk? So you have back up manual files when the electric breaks?

Well it’s okay I’d like it a little more power but it’s okay. Your right it come with a lot of extras for those who want to do their own pedicures. No complaints

In fact its a good piece of art. Only observation, it needs more power ... instead of 5v, 12v motor would be more convenient or at least 9v motor. LED display is haze and never bright.
