How about this toy as a gift for toddlers ?

We just received this as a gift for our 3yr old and she LOVES it!!! It seems to be well made. We did end up swapping out the plastic key ring for a metal one because the plastic one fit too snug and the keys didn’t move freely enough

Is this suitable for an 18 month old?

I bought it for my 3 y.o. I think for 18 months it's a little early
