First impressions are very good
I was looking for a small light, kind of the one that is always on your keyring, but I didn't want to get the really cheap ones that you eventually just throw away.. I took a chance on this one after reading some reviews and the product description - I was firstly impressed by the small (see through) plastic container it arrived in and the torch within is protected by a high quality foam insert, you get a sturdy short usb-a to usb-c cable and instructions, all quite impressive and gives the impression they want to ensure your purchase is protected and we'll presented. The torch is the size I thought it would be, easily carried in a pocket. Operating it is easy, press and hold to turn on, keep held down to toggle through the first four brightness settings, double press for turbo, hold down to turn off, I noted that it turns back on to whatever brightness setting was last selected. The low setting is the perfect brightness for seeing your house or car key in the lock, although it's a central spot with a wide spill on every setting, it just gets progressively brighter. The brightest setting (not turbo) would be good enough to use as a headlight for your bike, angled down, although I haven't tested this yet.The twist function to reveal the magnet is reassuringly secure and it holds strongly to ferrous metal, the small keyring is also of good quality. It has a micro red LED when charging and a micro blue LED when operating or fully charged.I noted that some reviews mention that the clip is useless and I appreciate their point, I initially couldn't get it to stay on, as it flexes and I didn't want to break it unnecessarily, on the third attempt it seemed to lock in place, I simulated the clip being used on my belt and it flexed well enough to do this without coming loose, so it looks as if you just need to persevere to fit the clip properly.I think it's obvious that it shouldn't be attached with a bunch of keys as they would scratch the side facing, relatively large unprotected lens, and just in case the clip did come loose I would suggest attaching a small lanyard to the micro keyring as backup to prevent it getting lost.Considering the overall high quality of construction it has a surprisingly thin rubber seal protecting the usb-c port, I would say it's definitely not waterproof, only splashproof and definitely needs upgrading. As a test I fully charged it and then left it on at the brightest setting, this was in the house at a temp of 18c, it turned off after about 40 mins, when I turned it back on it worked fine on the lower brightness settings even though the red LED was flashing, so it would still give you some light as the battery still had some life. I charged it back up to full on a 2.4amp usb which took about 70 mins.Overall It's an impressive little light and apart from the usb seal, it exudes quality especially considering the reasonable price.Update.I have just tested it on my mtb on a country road with no street lights, on the brightest setting (not turbo) and as suspected it gives more than enough light to get you home if needed as a backup, I also tried the next level down and it was still easy and safe to see the track or road, I have also used the dimmest setting a lot and it's very discreet and won't draw to much attention if looking for car or door keys, I have now left it near the door and it has become my go to torch for every situation. I don't intend to use turbo mode but it is a great option to have if ever needed. If I am being really picky I would say they could have fitted a slightly more heavy duty rubber seal for the usb-c port, however, I will most likely be keeping it in my pocket or attached to my backpack in the dry, regardless of that, I would still give it 5 stars and highly recommend it.Update - 18th FebI have been using the torch almost daily and therefore have had to recharge it often, I just noticed that the usb seal was missing, even though it's tiny I managed to find it, on closer examination the small end that is inserted into the body of the torch is very short so I can see how with minimal force it can detach, I managed to push it back into place but it has come loose again, as highlighted in my initial review I did suspect this seal to be the torches achilles heel, and while I don't intend to use it in wet conditions it's inevitable that at some point it will at least get splashed, as we all know water ingress into any electronic component means inevitable failure so I reluctantly have to take off one star.To overcome this issue I will attempt to add a tiny dot of superglue before inserting the seal end back in place, hopefully that will be enough to hold it securely and prevent it's permanent loss.

Great EDC flashlight
I was looking for the perfect small flashlight to attach to my keyring and although there are a lot of options available on amazon, I love the G2 from Wuben.I first came across Wuben on Kickstarter, and have since heard lots of positive things from the flashlight community and how they are innovative in the field and that they are not just a cheap chinese copy company.Pro's+ Its slim line form factor is excelent on my keys to help stop them bashing about and wont fill your pocket.+ for such a dinky thing it is bright, seriously bright. Yes, there are brighter torches out there but not as small as this.+ It is really easy to detach from the keys and click back on. it has a secure mechanism for releasing the torch, this is super handy.+ being flat it doesnt roll if you put it down.+ USB C charging!+ The provided clip makes it easy to attach to your bag, belt or shirt pocket. Mine is attached right now to the side of my trousers and it is really conveinent and secure i forgot it was there.+ It is very light and will not weigh anything down or pull on your pockets.+ 4 light modes of varying brightness, and it has memory so it returns to the last selected mode.+ additional 'Turbo' mode which can be easily accessed at any time.Cons- It is an intergrated battery, which helps with the form factor but it does mean that there is a limited life on it- IP55 means it isnt waterproof. If i got caught in a storm I would be concerned having it attached to my bike or bag for any prolonged time.- moon mode is way too bright, still to bright to look at directly.Despite these concerns (which i would love to see adressed in a G2+) this has been a fantastic purchase, and I plan to buy a few more for different set of keys and equiptment.

Quality at a price
Yes this is expensive but perfect in your pocket and charges from a USB port. The plastic pocket clip is a waste of space spoiling the overall quality build of this product so it loses a star. Apart from that it is great particularly the variable brightness feature.

Great little EDC Torch
This is a great little EDC torch with a very handy form factor. It's bright and easy to use, although if I have one small criticism, it's that the power button is a little on the small side and can sometimes be difficult to operate, especially if you are wearing gloves. It comes with a few different attachment options, such as a detachable pocket clip (plastic) and a detachable keychain spinner. If you remove the keychain spinner the end cap is magnetic which is also a useful touch. The torch body is pretty thin at around 9mm without the pocket clip and around 15mm with the clip installed. The battery has decent life (providing you limit the use of turbo mode).All-in-all this is a great little torch in a very useful form factor and I highly recommend it.

Almost great but for 1 flaw
Wuben is the new hotness in the torch enthusiast world, the slim form of this little right angle light is great and what sold it to me.I wanted to attach this to my backpack strap, the clip is solid and excellent for this, however I realised too late it'll be no good for me because its not waterproof and will not survive even mild drizzle. The light is cool white, with decent throw with a sotspot and a wide spill, charges via USB C and has a intuative UI. Magnet on the tail holds this firmly on any ferrous metal making it useful as a worklight. If wuben update this to make it waterproof it'd be a great little light but unfortunately it's a missed opportunity for them.
